Michalak, M.D. graduated from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in 1989 and then completed his family medicine residency in 1992 from Riverside Methodist Hospital where he is currently on staff. Glenn R. Williams, Jr., M.D. graduated from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in 1998. He completed his family medicine residency at Grant Medical Center in 2001 where he was Co-Chief Resident in his final year. He joined us in 2001. Dr Williams is Board Certified in
Family Medicine and and is currently on Staff at Riverside and Grant Hospitals and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at OSU.. |

Dr. Unk is a native of Westerville, Ohio. She graduated from John Carroll University in 1995 and The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1999. She was chief resident at the Fairview/Cleveland Clinic Family Medicine Residency program. Dr. Unk is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys all varieties of Family Medicine including pediatric, geriatric and women's health. She is currently on staff at Riverside Methodist Hospital. |

Dr. Caton graduated from Northwestern University in 1995 and Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1999. He completed his residency at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach and practiced for 3 years in New Port Richey, Florida. He joined our practice in 2006. Dr. Caton is Board Certified in Family Medicine and his interests include: Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Sports Medicine. He is currently accepting new patients. |

Dr. Shoemaker graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1997 and completed her Residency at Grant Medical Center . She began her practice here in Columbus in 2000 and relocated to South Carolina in 2003. She and her family moved back to Columbus and she joined our practice in 2006. Dr. Shoemaker is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys all aspects of family medicine. She is currently accepting new patients. |

Dr. Patel is a native of Colorado. She graduated from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City in 2004 and completed her Family Medicine residency at Grant Medical Center in 2007. She worked in the Emergency Room at Grant upon completion of her residency until joining our practice in November 2008. Dr. Patel is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys all varieties of Family Medicine including women's health, pediatrics and geriatrics. |
